Our office hours are 8:00AM to 5:30PM, 7 Days a week. We operate by appointment only in order to limit congestion in our office. We are in the Kennel our outside giving attention to our guests. We want to make sure all of our guests get play time, so we ask that you please be prompt with your appointment time.

1. No shows will be noted and will require a pre-payment for future reservations.
2. We require 48 Hours’ notice for all cancellations.
3. Prior to boarding all of your pet’s vaccinations must be up to date and not due to expire during your reservation.
4. During holidays we require a three-night minimum stay or charge.

Reminders bring plenty of dog food and extra in case of delay of pick up. Bring your pup in on a leash or your kitty in a crate. We don’t want them to run off. Toys treats and a bed if they would like may be brought. Don’t worry about bowls, we have plenty unless they are needing a slow feeder
